From the R&D Department in DAT instruments, here comes a new 18,5” touch screen datalogger. Versatile, resistant, expandable, perfect for every technology, easy to use and definitely fantastic.

A real turning point for DAT instruments Research and Development Department; the new datalogger designed and realised by the Italian company was created according to the needs/demand of the Clients. The DAT WideLog project arose from the specific request of a horizontal drilling construction site where there was the necessity to record different parameters and to display them simultaneously on the screen. Here comes the creation of a Wide monitor and a lot of improvements.

The new DAT TinyLog has a solid state internal memory which can record many data and is stronger and to avoid damages. This datalogger is made of stainless steel and aluminium in order to be as much resistant as possible. In addition to that, DAT TinyLog can work even brackish weather, extremely high or low temperatures, sand, water and in the most different climate and working conditions. DAT TinyLog is also waterproof, thanks to appropriate seals and IP68 connectors. The system can be also remotely programmed and can be supported through remote-assistance / e-care by DAT instruments Technicians for set up, maintenance or creation of new customized functions.

The JET 4000 AME / I datalogger can be used to record pressure, flow and volume values of 4  pumps or injectors during grouting work and it is also used for soil consolidation techniques at low pressure. In addition to this, it can automate and speed up the processes of mixture injections.

JET DSP 100 / IR (or/ IRT) datalogger is used to display, directly on a big back-lighted monitor, and to record, on internal memory, the parameters of a fluid during pumping: Instantaneous pressure ( bar ) Instantaneous flow rate ( liters/min ) Pumped fluid volume ( liters ) Data are measured using sensors installed on the pumping pipe.

JET DSP 100 / IR (or/ IRT) datalogger is able to record data in terms of time.
It is possible to connect a thermal printer to JET DSP 100 / IR (or / IRT) datalogger.
It is also available JET DSP 100 / I model, without memory and clock, useful to display parameters without recording.

Data recorded by JET DSP 100 / IR datalogger are stored on a large internal memory.

Recorded data can be subsequently transferred to a PC. Two software are available:

  • JET DSP download, supplied with JET DSP 100 / IR and JET DSP 100 / IRT dataloggers
  • JET S 104, supplied only with JET DSP 100 / IRT datalogger.

JET DSP 100 / D datalogger can display, on a wide monitor, and record, on an internal memory, the following parameters:

  • Depth (m, with 1 cm resolution)
  • Inclination on both X and Y axis to the vertical (with 0,1° resolution)
  • Grab rotation, Z axis (with 1° resolution)
  • X and Y axis deviation to the vertical (with 1cm resolution)

Data are acquired via sensors installed on digging equipment. Inclination sensor can be connected to the datalogger via radio or via a cable (on hydromills).
JET DSP 100 / D can record digging data in function of depth. During the strokes necessary to create the diaphragm, each stroke data are recorded.

Latest stroke data are also recorded to analyse the dig on the PC once in office. Datalogger internal memory is very wide and it let record data for a huge number of digs. Data can be downloaded to a Windows PC via RS232 port or via a USB port. Via JET S 104 software, it is possible to file data, export them to Excel, display graphics, charts, print them, etc…

JET SDP / IB datalogger is a cheap and simple system to display and record parameters during drilling or MWD works and during cement concrete injections.

Recorded data are stored on a large internal memory.

During all phases it is possible to display on the data logger all values about instantaneous pressures of depth.

Recorded data can be transferred to a Windows PC which has Easy DAT software installed. The software let you organize data, draw graphics and tables and print them. It is also available a function to export data.

JET SDP / J provides the best technologies for an accurate measurement of bi-axial inclination, borehole depth and rod translation speed.
Optional: rod translation control function for injections (by setting rod stop seconds and step centimetres).
